Flu Vaccine Information

Vaccination is the best protection against the flu. Everyone should get vaccinated each year, to be protected against H1N1 and other strains of flu. H1N1 no longer requires a separate vaccination; it is just one of the three strains that are always included in the regular seasonal vaccine.
