-- CHDP Examination Schedule--

What is the CHDP Examiniation Schedule?
The CHDP Examination Schedule defines the usual ages when CHDP Examinations are recommended and the items that must be done at each visit. Also, it gives the required interval between CHDP Examinations. There are several exceptions to the schedule that depend on the child's condition or school entry requirements. For example, a child in the CCS Treatment Program or in Foster Care is eligible for a CHDP Examination every year from 3 years to 20 years of age. A child who is required to have a check up before school entry, organized sports participation or summer camp is eligible for a CHDP Examination off-schedule. The downloadable table below is the CHDP Examination Schedule.
